Capitol Conference (CapCon) is where AFP activists unite to meet with
lawmakers and advocate for policies that advance economic freedom and
individual liberty.

This past week, AFP had 230+ meetings in 48 hours, where we were able to share

could cost the American people even more of their hard-earned money.

With health care costs continuing to rise, it’s time to support solutions that
put patients first. Repealing outdated Certificate of Need (CON) laws will
lower costs and create more choices by allowing proven medical providers to
offer services without needing permission from government bureaucrats or
competitors.

These laws stifle innovation, drive up prices for essential services like MRIs
and CT scans, and block access to critical facilities like hospitals and
rehabilitation centers.
