[Fletcher has] managed to advance legislation… protecting abortion patients who need to travel out of state to receive care and help them pay for it... he also works with Republicans sponsoring bills to improve mental health care for seniors on Medicare and create funding streams for clean energy and resiliency projects in coastal communities.”
