Folks, in exactly one month, America faces its most consequential election in my lifetime.
Our next chapter is not yet written. Nothing about the 2024 elections are a foregone conclusion — not winning here in Virginia, not holding onto our Democratic Senate majority, and not sending Kamala Harris to the White House.
What we do during this month and on November 5th will have a lasting impact on our nation.

If you know me, you know I’m an optimist — so I truly believe that not just Democrats, but the VAST majority of Americans believe in our founding ideals, trust our democratic systems, and want to live in a country that brings people together instead of pushing them apart.
But optimism alone won’t get the job done.
We can either stand up against the forces that seek to tear down our democracy, or we can sit around and let them win.
