Team, the conservative-majority Supreme Court is beginning their new term in a few days with record-high disapproval ratings! It's no wonder why: they undid almost 50 years of precedent and ripped away reproductive rights for MILLIONS across the nation when they overturned Roe v. Wade, granted Donald Trump immunity from prosecution for official acts, ruled to restrict the power of the federal government to regulate and keep Americans safe – impacting everything from environmental pollution to health care costs, and so much more.

Now, SCOTUS is set to hear a series of cases that could have MAJOR ramifications for our country:

🏳️‍⚧️ LGBTQ+ Rights → This case could give states the green light to pass even more discriminatory laws targeting the LGBTQ+ community.

⚠️ Gun Safety → SCOTUS is set to rule on a case involving the sale of deadly “ghost guns.” With the NRA involved, the court’s ruling could put the safety of all Americans at risk from gun violence.

🌎 Environment → The Supreme Court could rule to put the interests of polluting industries ABOVE the health and well-being of the American people.
