by denying emergency abortion care.

When Dr. Anna Nusslock was 15 weeks pregnant and learned the devastating
news that her twin babies wouldn’t survive, her doctors advised that she
needed an emergency abortion, but Providence St. Joseph Hospital refused
to provide this life-saving care.

This case goes to show that even in a state with some of the strongest
laws on the books to protect abortion access, we still face threats to our
freedoms and well-being. But rest assured: Rob is taking action to hold
this hospital accountable and prevent this from ever happening again.
