Kamala Harris has called for the outright abolition of ICE and a recently resurfaced video shows her leading a “Down with Deportation” chant at a parade in Los Angeles. The Biden-Harris administration inherited policies that had resulted in the lowest level of illegal immigration in 45 years, and they rolled back those policies as soon as they took power.
