and what Sheldon Whitehouse is doing about it.

Sheldon Whitehouse Senator for Rhode Island

Look, team, I’m a straight shooter. So I’m going to get right to the point here.

The Supreme Court has morally, ethically, and intellectually gone off the rails.

And the person who really understands how bad things are at the Court is Sheldon Whitehouse. David Brock, our mutual friend, says in his new book that Sheldon is "as astute an observer of the courts as there is in American politics." Sheldon has been on the frontlines here – leading the fight to expose how the Supreme Court got captured by billionaires and corporate special interests using gobs of dark money. The billionaires figured they could get judges to do things that are too unpopular to try to do through the elected branches of government.

If you don’t see what’s happening at the Court then you need to WAKE UP. Just look at how the far-right radicals on the Court ruled that Donald Trump has immunity from prosecution for official acts. They placed Trump above the law. Not to mention, sending women's rights back by generations.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: We need to fix the Supreme Court – and if there’s anyone who can get it done, it’s Sheldon Whitehouse.

Sheldon has a plan to clean up this mess at the Supreme Court and get Americans a Court that plays by the rules. Mark my words: if we don’t help him get it done, this is only the beginning of the wreckage this captured Supreme Court will cause.

With your support, Sheldon can win re-election and secure a fair shake before the Supreme Court for ALL Americans. Can you donate today?
