The Biden-Harris administration's recent regulation to require states to prioritize delivering meal and support services to older Americans based on their sexual orientation and gender identity will disproportionately hurt Oklahoma's rural seniors. This expansion has not been approved by Congress, and this administration is once again expanding bureaucratic overreach at the expense of the taxpayer. I led my colleagues in authoring a letter to the Administration for Community Living (ACL) to express our concern about this regulation and to urge ACL to reverse it. Read more here.
