** MEDIA ADVISORY: Gov. Justice to host celebration for 7th anniversary of Roads to Prosperity bond vote at WV Capitol Monday at 10:00 a.m.

WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, Transportation Secretary Jimmy Wriston, Tourism Secretary Chelsea Ruby, Division of Highways employees and contractors, other state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Jim Justice will celebrate the 7th anniversary of the historic $2.8 billion Roads to Prosperity bond vote alongside Division of Highways employees and contractors.
On October 7, 2017, West Virginians overwhelmingly approved the sale of state bonds to build and upgrade roads and bridges, with 73% of voters supporting the Governor's vision for infrastructure improvement.
Under his leadership, more than 1,320 Roads to Prosperity projects have been started or completed across West Virginia.
