Today, presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris is visiting Michigan because she knows how critical the voices of Michigan voters are in this election.

The road to the White House runs right through Michigan, which is why both VP Kamala Harris and her running mate Gov. Tim Walz have been to Michigan several times in the past few months, listening and meeting with voters in our state.

Kamala Harris is a fighter for hardworking Americans and she’s ready to bring jobs back to the U.S., protect workers' rights, and close corporate tax loopholes that only benefit the wealthy. A leader like Kamala is critical for the workers in our great state.

This election is not going to be easy. Donald Trump’s supporters are fierce and have proven they won’t back down. That’s why we need to come together to organize and reach voters to elect Democrats up and down the ballot on November 5th.

Michigan is a purple state which makes every visit critical for Harris. We need to show her that Michigan is ready to stand with her and we’re prepared to get to the polls and make her the next President of the United States. Together, we can defeat Donald Trump once and for all.
