3. While Ted has worked to make it harder for Texans to vote, Colin is a voting rights lawyer with a history of fighting to protect voting rights here in Texas.

4. Colin knows what it takes to win. He's done it before, defeating a 22-year GOP incumbent when experts gave him a 10% chance of winning.
