Our National Center on Immigrant Integration Policy is hiring.

The Center seeks a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst (the position title will be determined based on prior experience) to join our team based in Washington D.C. (the job is hybrid). This position will support the Center’s work on early childhood education and care (ECEC) and K-12 education policies.

The successful candidate will produce qualitative and quantitative analyses of ECEC and K-12 issues, policies, and programs at the federal, state, and local levels that affect Dual Language Learners (DLLs), English Learners (ELs), and children and youth from immigrant and refugee families.

Competitive candidates will possess superior writing, editing, verbal, and interpersonal skills; the ability to understand and synthesize complex policy provisions; and work well independently as well as collaboratively.
