Our campaign has never been easy, but we have defied the odds time and time again. We are still here and in this fight.
Some might say "give up already," but when our communities are dying from COVID-19 at disproportionately high rates, being shot for being Black, being locked in cages for fleeing terror, and constantly being kicked while we’re down, giving up isn't an option for me.
We will be moving forward to bring our case in front of the federal courts. Not only did the Colorado Supreme Court violate our campaign's right to have its side heard, but the Colorado state legislature also failed to ensure equal protection under the law when they had the chance to modify the ballot access process to account for COVID-19. This violated the people of Colorado's right to support a candidate of their choosing.
