With less than a month away from a critical election, our fifty-state strategy to protect these rights and more is already underway:

1. We've just filed a lawsuit against several federal agencies to prepare to fight against a mass detention and deportation program during any future presidential administration
2. We're urging Congress to do whatever it takes to protect our reproductive rights – including reforming the filibuster
3. We're going to the Supreme Court challenging Tennessee trans care bans – so that families and their doctors are in control of our health care, not politicians
