John, the Trump administration is giving away our precious public resources to Chilean mining giant Antofogasta.

Today Save the Boundary Waters filed an important new lawsuit in federal court. We are once again, taking the lead and doing everything we can to stop this mine in its tracks.

This lawsuit challenges the wholly inadequate Environmental Assessment that the Trump administration cobbled together for the Twin Metals’ mining lease renewals.

The Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters is laser-focused on our goal: to permanently protect the Boundary Waters watershed from sulfide-ore copper mining. That means that we are leading a broad national coalition and working day in and day out, on many levels, to ensure protection of the Wilderness and that this toxic Twin Metals project does not go forward.
