#GivingTuesdayNow is over, but your gift can still be matched

When #GivingTuesdayNow started, a group of donors put together a $500,000 pool to match every contribution. #GivingTuesdayNow is over, but since this moment is so important for fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and all people living in poverty, we're still matching contributions.

That means you still have the opportunity today for your donation to be DOUBLED for people living in poverty around the world. We urgently need your help to raise $500,000 while your impact can go twice as far for families living in poverty impacted by the coronavirus, communities rebuilding after natural disasters, and so many other people around the world.

#GIVINGTUESDAYNOW MATCH

Clock counting down towards midnight

MATCH: DONATE NOW

Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving in response to COVID-19, and we're reaching out because there's an especially urgent reason to participate.

Right now, the coronavirus pandemic is devastating the lives of people living in poverty. Billions of people are lacking access to clean water, and millions more can't access healthcare because they are living in crowded refugee camps or slums, where proper sanitation and social distancing is impossible.

Oxfam is responding to COVID-19 in coordination with partner organizations, government health ministries, and UN agencies in up to 50 countries – delivering clean water and soap and providing accurate information about how to stay healthy. But we need more support in order to address this crisis and keep up our work against poverty in more than 90 countries around the world.

That's why today there's a global generosity movement: #GivingTuesdayNow. And thanks to support from a group of anonymous donors, your donation will be matched for double the life-changing power.

Every dollar you give will be MATCHED. Donate TODAY on #GivingTuesdayNow to be part of this movement and double your support toward ending poverty in more than 90 countries. >>

With your support, we're looking to raise $500,000 – every dollar of which will be MATCHED. Just think of the impact that can have...
...for families without access to soap or clean water to stop the spread of disease.
...for survivors of droughts, hurricanes, fires, and other natural disasters.
...for refugees seeking safety.
...for women starting their own businesses.

MATCH: DONATE NOW

It's an incredible opportunity to help – one that doesn't come every day. Your gift can make all the difference to a family or child. And your impact will be DOUBLED: Make your gift during #GivingTuesdayNow and it will be matched to support people in poverty.

You have the chance today to help ensure families living in refugee camps have the clean water they need to wash their hands and stop the spread of disease. You can help people fleeing violence, poverty, and hunger in search of a better, more secure life. You can support people living in poverty to create long-term change in their communities.

You can do all that and so much more by making a matched gift now.

Please, don't miss this chance to help us raise $500,000. Make your gift now to get critical support to those who need it most.

Thank you for stepping up today, on this day dedicated to giving back.

Sincerely,

Abby Maxman
