Goosey is here until Sunday

Goose Fair

Until Sun 6 October
Forest Recreation Ground

Don't miss the last weekend of Goose Fair - get your adrenaline racing with thrilling rides like Aerospace, Top Scan, Starflyer, Atmosfear and Apollo 13. There's also a vintage area with the Cake Walk, Helter Skelter and classic wheel. Little ones can enjoy the Gallopers, Tea Cups and hook-a-duck.

There's loads of fairground food to sample such as mushy peas, donuts, churros, and the traditional Goose Fair cocks on sticks!

Opening times this weekend
Friday 4pm-11pm
Saturday 12pm-11pm
Sunday 12pm-9pm (SEND session 12pm-1pm)

Money-off ride vouchers will be available to download until 4pm today, to save 50p on participating rides and attractions from 4pm-6pm this evening (not valid on Saturday and Sunday).

There will be a SEND session on Sunday from 12pm-1pm. Going to a funfair should be an exciting experience, but for some children and people with special educational needs and disabilities, the loud noises and bright lights can be alarming. During the SEND hour these elements will be reduced to offer a quieter and more relaxed experience.

ART the Play

Art the Play

Tue 8 - Sat 12 October
Theatre Royal

The smash-hit comedy returns starring Seann Walsh, Chris Harper and Aden Gillett. A seemingly simple purchase of contemporary art - an all-white painting - ignites a hilarious debate amongst three close friends. What begins as a light-hearted discussion about art quickly descends into a riotous exploration of the blurred lines between art and reality.

This multi-award winning play (winner of Best Comedy at the Olivier, Tony and Moliere awards) is a razor sharp exploration of art, love and friendship that will stay with you long after the curtain falls.
