California is one of the wealthiest places in the world and all of us deserve to benefit from the wealth of our state no matter if we’re in East Oakland, the suburbs of the IE, the coasts of San Diego or anywhere in between. Yet, students are forced to attend schools with crowded classrooms, overworked teachers, and outdated materials. It’s outrageous, and it’s time for us to act.
We Are California, and together, we can build a future where every child has a quality education. We can use our votes and voices to demand our state and local leaders invest in our schools, reduce class sizes, and ensure our students have the resources like books and materials they need to succeed. 
Thousands of California’s children are being left behind while a few corporate landlords and wealthy elites profit. Our children deserve better. We need to demand that our leaders stop underfunding education and start investing in solutions that work for all—not just the rich few.
