We Dream in Black [[link removed]] is an initiative of the National Domestic Workers Alliance that centers the voices, experiences, and leadership of Black, Afro-Latina, and Afro-descendant domestic workers.

We Dream in Black is essential because it organizes and empowers some of the most marginalized workers in our society, advocating for their rights, dignity, and fair treatment. By building community and fostering collective action, We Dream in Black helps ensure that Black domestic workers are seen, valued, and supported as they continue to play a crucial role in the care economy and the broader movement for justice.
