John,
The Supreme Court is hearing a MAJOR case today, LIVE via telephone.
This is the THIRD time that the abortion-pill mandate has gone all the way up to the Supreme Court. We defeated this pro-abortion ObamaCare mandate at the Supreme Court for numerous ACLJ clients, ensuring that businesses would not be forced to pay for abortion-inducing pills.

Yet the Obama Administration still went after the Little Sisters of the Poor and other charities to FORCE them to comply.
The Trump Administration changed all that, providing crucial religious and moral exemptions to the mandate – to support life and religious liberty. We filed critical formal public comments to support this new rule.
But the radical pro-abortion Left in some states filed lawsuits – again targeting the Little Sisters of the Poor. We filed a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defeat the abortion-pill mandate’s assault on religious liberty.
Today, the Justices will hear the case – via teleconference. But we need your voice NOW.
