You are getting this email because you are an administrator of an Action Network group, and we want to make sure you stay updated about crucial new features. You can expect to receive these new release emails approximately monthly.
As with all our new features, these were primarily chosen, brainstormed, and paid for by our Development Partners at the AFL-CIO, the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC), and the Canadian Labour Congress — read more about our cooperative development process here. Without further ado, here are the new features in this Action Network product release:
Email Image Library
You can now easily store and access images and GIFs you add to an email via the Image Library! Instead of uploading the same image dozens of times, now you can just search and click to reuse one you've already uploaded.

Better Ways to Manage Your Emails, Mobile Messages, and Reports
We made some big improvements to the lists that you access every day to manage Emails, Mobile Messages, and Reports. These are the workhorses of your program — you navigate these tabs every day as you review stats on an A/B test, search for a recurring report, or duplicate a mobile message.
With these enhancements, these crucial tabs just got a whole lot easier to use!
1. Advanced search options: Get a lot more specific when searching for emails and mobile messages. Search by subject, sender, and even date limit!
2. Pin key items to the top of your list, like email templates or important reports you need accessible.
3. Date headers and a sort option make it easier to view and locate items on your list.
Additional Updates:
- You can now text CLEAR to your short code or toll free number to automatically remove the activist record attached with your phone number from any ladders it is currently waiting in for that group (or groups sharing the number), making testing of mobile ladders a lot easier.
- New ladder trigger options are available when triggering based on fundraising actions, allowing you to send messages to recurring donors whenever a new donation comes through.
- You can now more easily view ladder decision steps and email/mobile content without clicking in to edit.
And as an election season special, we invested some time into further speeding up email sending across the system! Emails are going out at a record speed. This is our final release before the election, we’ll be focusing on stability for the next month.
