Friend,

An organization with ties to Scott Walker and his gerrymandering team at the National Republican Redistricting Trust sued in an attempt to erase Michigan's independent redistricting commission. But Walker and his cronies lost -- and Michigan's districts will be drawn by the independent redistricting commission overwhelmingly supported by voters in 2018.

We know they won't give up, even after this bruising loss. We need to be ready to fight for fair maps wherever Scott Walker and the NRRT try to attack a fair process. Will you pitch in today to help the NDRC beat Republican map manipulators?

The Supreme Court ruled that federal courts cannot step in to stop partisan gerrymandering, so the NDRC's mission to go state by state to end map manipulation is more important than ever -- and knowing that Michigan will keep their newly approved independent redistricting process is a great start.

But we're sure to face countless attacks on fair redistricting. After their loss in Michigan, the GOP spent last week attempting to undo redistricting reform in Missouri. So as we bring the fight for fair maps to NDRC target states like Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin in 2020, we need your help. Donate today to help us fight for fair maps in 2020 and beyond!
