- We're working to flip or defend Democratic majorities in state legislatures from Arizona to Pennsylvania, providing a key check on Republican attempts to gerrymander.
- In New Hampshire, the Republican candidate for governor has threatened to enact a mid-cycle gerrymander, and so winning one or both legislative chambers or the Governor's Mansion is an essential protection.
- We're defending against ideological state supreme court stacking in states from North Carolina to Michigan — because we know having a fair-minded court is essential to upholding democracy.
