CHEYENNE - Wyoming Department of Education Chief of Staff Dicky Shanor has been selected to serve on the National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) State Policy Task Force. The Task Force serves as an advisory committee to the National Assessment Governing Board, which oversees the administration of the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) test, also known as the Nation’s Report Card.
