We are boldly advancing our fight to secure our elections in federal court.
You may recall in July, America First Legal sent letters demanding that election officials in all 15 Arizona counties fulfill their legal obligations to prevent aliens from voting and warning them that if they failed to do so, we would pursue aggressive legal action.
In August, we first took action by suing the Maricopa County Recorder for failure to follow the law. And now, in addition to Maricopa, we are suing 14 additional counties in Arizona for refusing to take all available actions to remove illegal aliens and non-citizens from their voter rolls.
These lawsuits are absolutely crucial.
