With early voting now underway, Brandon Johnson continues to show he is a tool of the Chicago’s Teachers Union with an our way or the highway approach. The mayor is firing Chicago Public School’s CEO Pedro Martinez after he fell out of favor with Johnson’s union bosses at the cost of Chicago taxpayers to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Johnson and his union bosses want our public schools to take on hundreds-of-millions of dollars in high-rate loans to fund their radical agenda. Johnson has been clear that he will prioritize his union bosses over our children.

We can’t let him succeed. Our schools and our children need us to fight back.

Bottom Line: Brandon Johnson has shown us who he is – a mouthpiece for the powerful teacher’s union instead of an advocate for Chicago’s taxpayers.
