- Businesses should be open to the public, and governors should apply limited restrictions only where COVID-19 incidences are high.
- Americans should be responsible for getting themselves tested as needed, and governors should ensure testing is targeted to specific outbreaks.
We don’t need a locked down economy. We don’t need state-wide orders. We don’t need overzealous governors trampling on our rights.
