Constitutional Amendments
Amendment 1- VOTE NO
Brings politics into local school boards by changing their elections from non-partisan to partisan.
Amendment 2- VOTE NO
Establishes a constitutional right to fish and hunt— already a state law. Making it the “preferred means” of managing fish and wildlife.
Amendment 3- VOTE YES
Legalizes the recreational use of marijuana for adults 21 and over.
Amendment 4- VOTE YES
Limits the ability of politicians to interfere in the private health care decision to have an abortion. Maintains existing parental rights protections under Florida law.
Amendment 5- VOTE NO
Increases the homestead tax exemption annually based on inflation. Cuts funding communities utilize for programs and services.
Amendment 6- VOTE NO
Ends Florida’s public campaign financing program that provides an incentive for candidates to seek support from everyday citizens, not just wealthy donors and powerful special interests.
