Indigenous voters sue Montana officials over polling place locations
* Indigenous voters in Montana sued ([link removed]) over officials' refusal to open satellite election offices on the Fort Peck Reservation. The lawsuit claims that the nearest poll sites are 20 to 30 miles away, unlawfully burdening voters on the reservation.

Arizona’s voter data error affected 218,000 voters
