In an unprecedented attack, Iran launched approximately 200 ballistic missiles at Israel.
Millions of Israelis from across the country were sent running to bomb shelters as Iran launched waves of missiles at the country. This is the largest ballistic missile attack in history. Each missile has the ability to level city buildings and kill countless Israelis.
Magen David Adom is currently reporting that a few Israelis were injured and one Palestinian was killed by shrapnel from the attack.

The Biden administration and members of Congress from both parties have spoken out to condemn this act of war by Iran, and U.S. forces in the region helped repel the missile attack. White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan warned, "There will be severe consequences for this Iranian attack and we will work with Israel to make sure that is the case."
IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said tonight that the Israeli Air Force "continues to operate at full capacity, and tonight will also continue to strike powerfully in the Middle East, as has been the case for the past year."
Hagari added, "The Israeli and U.S. air defense systems operated effectively. There was close cooperation in detection and interception… We are still investigating [the result of the attack] and do not want to give the enemy all the information."
