Paul Davis is a South Philadelphia writer and frequent contributor to Broad + Liberty. He is also a regular contributor to Counterterrorism magazine, and he writes the “On Crime” column for the Washington Times. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy when he was 17 and served two years aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk during the Vietnam War.
