Friends, there isn’t really any way to spin this: We came up short of our FEC End-of-Quarter fundraising goal last night.
This is a devastating blow for our chances of winning this race, which The New York Times is reporting will determine control of the Senate.
Missing this goal means at the end of the day today, we might have to pull back our ads, all while Larry Hogan’s super PAC is flooding Maryland with over $18 million on attack ads to defeat me.
Without grassroots supporters like you, there’s no chance I’ll have the resources we need to take on these Republican billionaires funding Hogan’s campaign.
With the entire Senate majority on the line, I’m asking you to chip in $25 right now to help us close the $75,000 fundraising gap before tonight’s deadline. Polling shows this race is deadlocked in a tie, and I need all the help I can get to pull ahead.
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately.
This is the final full month before Election Day, so I’m counting on you to help us avoid falling behind Hogan. There are no do-overs if we come up short on November 5th.
Thank you for your support,
Angela Alsobrooks
