We've been preparing for these elections for years: We fought against the obstacles placed in front of voters in 2020, and we knew that attacks on voting rights would only escalate in the lead-up to 2024.

This year alone, 39 states have introduced over 300 bills restricting voter access, and voters in almost half the country are facing new voting restrictions ahead of this year's elections. These laws burden elderly voters and voters with disabilities, dilute the voting power of Black and Brown communities, and punish voters for trivial mistakes.

That's why our work is so urgent at this moment. Because when we challenge these unjust laws – and win – it puts the power to change the direction of our nation directly into the hands of voters.
