Hey John,

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you.

September was a busy month for our campaign—as you probably know from all our emails!

And thanks to your support, we exceeded our goal for the end of the quarter. To say I’m grateful would be an understatement.

In a district this close, and in a race that Republicans have made a top target, that’s a big deal.

These goals really make a difference—every donation makes a difference, no matter the dollar amount. And I know how hard it is to donate your hard earned dollars to a political campaign—so thank you for believing in me and supporting this campaign.

Today marks 35 days until Election Day. We have a lot of hard work ahead of us and there’s a lot at stake this election year.

I don’t say that to scare you John, I say it because we can’t slow down for a single second. Western Pennsylvania needs a leader who will fight for us day in and day out, not someone who wants to roll back our rights and undermine our democracy. But that’s what we’re up against in this race.

I’m so proud of this grassroots team and what we accomplished over the last month, but I’m here to remind you that we can’t let up—not now. In fact, we have to fight harder than ever.
