Dear Friends,
Today is the global day of giving to the charitable causes we care about in light of the COVID-19 crisis.
We at MCN are working to ensure that the Muslim Community is supported during this time. From launching our hotline, to supporting food-giveaways, to helping families with small and immediate cash-assistance, to providing our youth with engaging opportunities online, to supporting our doctors and nurses at Bellevue Hospital, to bringing Muslim stakeholders and faith leaders together to strategize on how to best respond to this crisis, and connecting our neighbors to city resources. In line with the beautiful Hadith referenced above, we've also activated community members to give charity in any way possible through our #MCNRamadanChallenge.
Please consider supporting our efforts on this #GivingTuesday so that we can address the needs of some of the most vulnerable populations affected by COVID-19.
