Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a Public Comment Hearing in Docket No. 20000-664-EM-24, Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP) Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism Application and Docket No. 20000-671-ER-24, RMP’s 2024 General Rate Increase. 

September 30, 2024 – 10012-74-CT-24 (Record No. 17683) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of Lower Valley Energy, Inc.’s (Lower Valley or the Cooperative) Application for authority to revise language in its Farm and Residential Service and Small Commercial tariffs and remove its Prepaid Power Residential Service tariff.
