Scott Taylor wasn't an "effective" leader for Virginia's Second District when he sold out to special interests, missed 72 votes, and two of his 2018 campaign staffers were indicted for election fraud.

But Scott Taylor and Kevin McCarthy have the same agenda: They both support gutting protections for pre-existing conditions, tax cuts for the wealthy, and loyalty to Donald Trump.

GOP leadership knows that flipping VA-02 is crucial for winning a House Majority -- and they're doing all they can to defeat Elaine in November.
