I'm used to being on the clock. Whether it was staying up through overnight shifts, standing on my feet though hours-long surgeries, or squeezing in patient consults throughout the day -- it's always been part of my job as a doctor.

And while I'm no stranger to the pressure of time constraints, this is the first time I'm facing one of this magnitude.

We're less than six months away from the general election -- and the Center for Politics has officially added our race to the battleground Senate map. The Forward even says we could be the campaign that "flips the Senate blue."

That means we have less than six months to build a movement capable of defeating Dan Sullivan and ditching Mitch McConnell. And while that may seem like a long time, the next 182 days will fly by -- and we need to be making the most of every single second.
