What would a former abortionist say to someone who survived an abortion?

What sort of questions might an abortion survivor have for someone who once performed the very kind procedure used to try to kill them?

Today, we release the first video in an eight-part series called Face to Face. We brought together former abortionists, former employees in the abortion industry, abortion survivors, and women who had abortions to speak about their experiences with each other. 

We knew these conversations would be powerful, but we had no idea how many tears would be shed and how many internal places of pain would be exposed and healed in new ways.

In this first video, Drs. Anthony Levatino and Kathi Aultman, both former abortionists, share their perspectives on performing abortions with abortion survivors Claire Culwell and Melissa Ohden. Claire and Melissa share how they survived abortion attempts and ask Drs. Anthony and Kathi questions they’ve always wondered about deep down.

The abortion industry uses stories all the time to promote abortion, but they turn the facts entirely upside down in those stories. They say women who miscarry will not have the medical help they need in states that prohibit abortion, but that is false. They say abortion is sometimes needed to save the life of the mother, but that is also false.

John, this Face to Face series profoundly sheds light on those lies because these witnesses of abortion – from all sides – are telling the TRUTH through their stories. They are not using euphemisms. They are not trying to make a profit. 

These doctors and survivors are courageously and vulnerably sharing the pain they have caused and the pain they have experienced so that forgiveness and healing can have the last word. 

This conversation does not only provide healing for those participating. It provides the necessary, personal testimonies that everyone needs to hear in order to see past the lies of the abortion industry and reject such an evil practice. Conversations like these have a unique ability to save lives.
