GOF is Actively Defending Your Rights During the Pandemic

This pandemic has changed daily life for millions.  While the media has stayed focused on the medical aspects of this crisis, many state and local officials have tried to obstruct your right to protect yourself.

GOF has always stood on principle and defended your rights protected under the Second Amendment in the courts. But amid this pandemic, we have continued our resolve. GOF is actively litigating on behalf of gun owners and has publicly called out elected officials who are using this crisis to infringe upon your rights.

For example, many gun buyers have experienced long wait times resulting from an overburdened NICS system during this present crisis. Despite this, the ATF has unlawfully told Alabama gun buyers they can no longer use their concealed carry permits to buy guns, but instead must submit to NICS checks.

That's why Gun Owners Foundation is suing to block the agency from enforcing this lawless mandate in Lee & GOF v. ATF.
