Greetings Friend,

As we all know, Hurricane Helene has left parts of North Carolina devastated. We want to let our members, the residents, and the loved ones of the affected area know that our hearts are with you. We hope that you are all safe. We hope that if you can, please reach out to let someone know that you are safe.

We want to ensure that we are doing our part to get continued supplies and support this community will need for the unforeseeable future. We will be accepting donations through the NC Green Party. Use the "Donate" button below for a one-time donation and email [email protected] to note that the donation is for "Hurricane Helene Relief" so that it can be used specifically for hurricane relief. We want to do our best to support our members directly if we can and support any other organizations, such as the ones below, that we have worked with before that will be making sure that aid is being given to those in need.

Speaking of the information below, there are links and pictures with information that has been collected where supplies can be dropped off, donations can be sent, a map off resources in affected areas, and other resources that may be useful.

We will be meeting on 10/5/24 for Michael Dublin's "Food for Families" event located at 921 Buffaloe Rd, Garner, NC 27529, Shelter 2 from 10AM-2PM where people can drop off donations as well. We hope to see as many people there as possible as we continue to do our work to help individuals, families, and communities in North Carolina.
