 Let's talk about campaign finance, John. As we all know, running for office these days is a costly endeavor. But in my view, it's not about the amount of money we raise, but where the money comes from that matters. That’s why I made a commitment from the start to run a people-powered campaign fueled by individuals. I'm also refusing support from corporate PACs and big special interests. Call me an idealist, but elections should not be about who has the most money. It should be about what values people want in their next representative. This campaign is about advancing our shared progressive vision in this country – making health care for all a human right, strengthening our education system, and ensuring our government is fair for everyone, no matter your zip code, income level, who you love, or what you look like.
