Minnesota eked out a slim Democratic majority last cycle, securing a Trifecta and completely rewriting the course of their state's future by protecting public schools, labor rights, and women's reproductive freedoms.
John, we have made progress here in Kansas, but there is so much more to get done.
This cycle, we have to break the extreme Republican supermajorities. Then we can stop bad legislation from passing—and continue funding our public schools, expand Medicaid, and put more money back into hardworking Kansans' pockets.
But we have to take things one step at a time—starting with flipping the 5 seats we need to break the supermajorities and protect the power of my veto.
The Kansas Democrats are fighting hard to get it done, but they need your help. Their LAST End of Quarter Fundraising Deadline before Election Day is tonight, and they're still $3,781 away from hitting their goal. Can you chip in today to help them reach it?
