Dear John,
This month, for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we have a goal to raise $100,000 to help
continue to deliver world-class care for children. But today is the last day of
this special month, and we haven’t reached our goal yet! Thankfully, our anonymous
donor has generously agreed to increase their match until midnight TONIGHT.
In this final push, your donation will be matched THREE times and
can be the difference that gets us to $100,000. Please,
John, will you join us to make a
$10
gift before midnight tonight?
The diagnosis of cancer is scary for children and their families. At Children’s
Hospital Los Angeles, treatment is tailored to each individual patient—and every child
we treat receives comprehensive, compassionate care aimed at producing the best possible
outcomes.
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles has been delivering trusted care for complex pediatric
cancer since 1950. Through decades of experience, innovative care and tireless research,
we’ve made treatment safer, more precise and more effective. And we do it so
that your kids—all of our kids—can live the long, healthy lives they were
meant to live.
Our 3X match offer
expires at midnight tonight, so act now to triple your $10 gift in honor of all the
brave kids facing cancer and to help us continue to deliver world-class care to
every child who needs it.
Today is also the
last day that your gift of $35 or more will help provide a CHLA patient a signed copy of
"Hi, Juice Box! Juice Box Stays at the Hospital." This special book,
written by best-selling children’s book author Drew Daywalt, introduces the people
and places a kid might encounter at the hospital in a fun, kid-friendly way! "Hi,
Juice Box!" can help kids who will be spending a lot of time in the hospital better
cope with a difficult experience.
As a nonprofit hospital, we rely on your generous support to make all of this possible.
There’s no more powerful way to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month than by
helping save kids’ lives.
With gratitude,
