Hi John,
Our teachers have been underpaid and undervalued for far too long here in Arizona and across the country.
But yet, they never stop fighting for our kids and our families ... even during a pandemic.
We've seen educators adapt with grace and inspiration to the learning and emotional needs of our families during this uncertain time. They've taken on new roles without hesitation -- providing meals, heading tech support, running car parades and so much more.
They've never left our side.
During this Teacher Appreciation Week, I hope you will join us in thanking a teacher. Past or present, they shape our future.
Thank you to every educator and the support staff who keep learning safe and at the forefront. Thank you for always fighting for our kids. ❤️
You all deserve so much more, and for as long as it takes, we'll continue to fight for you.
