• “Since when in the scientific method is it unacceptable for someone with the best of intentions to be a skeptic about the hypothesis? That’s the kind of thing we’re trying to bring back into government-funded scientific research,” Roberts said.

Course correction: In U.S. v. Skrmetti, the Supreme Court could reject gender ideology wholesale—correcting a four-year-old mistake from Bostock v. Clayton County.

• In Bostock, the majority “wrongly concluded that transgender status and sex are ‘inextricably’ linked,” write Heritage Senior Legal Fellow Sarah Parshall Perry and Senior Research Associate Seth Lucas.
• The Left has since weaponized this ruling to further its woke agenda.

Illegal voter base: The Oversight Project released more undercover videos, this time showing non-citizens in Arizona who say they are registered to vote, a criminal offense. (In the last election, the margin of victory in Arizona was less than 11,000 votes.)  

• It is unclear which information these immigrants used to register.  
• Unbelievably, it's Oversight, not the broken election system, that has come under blistering attack from the media for releasing these videos.
