John, we have just 37 more days before Election Day. 

That's basically just one month to beat Ted Cruz and protect our narrow Democratic Senate majority. If this race were a football game, we’d be in the last quarter with no timeouts left. 

But I'm falling $750,000 short of my MUST-hit FEC end-of-quarter goal to fight back against the $28 million worth of attack ads that Cruz and his allies, including the Republican Party of Texas, have already reserved against me.

Will you chip in $5 to help close the gap on our crucial goal to make sure my team and I have the resources to send Ted Cruz packing for good and help Democrats hold the Senate?

The good news is, not one or two, but FIVE recent polls showed me statistically TIED with Ted Cruz, with millions of voters still undecided.

But I can't stress enough how important it will be to reach those last undecided voters before they cast their ballots.
