When I think about the toughest times in my life, I’m thankful I’ve always had a support system to help me through.

Growing up the way I did, my mom raising my sisters and me on a single income, barely making ends meet — that wasn’t easy.

Working every job I could to support the family while I went to school and tried to get into college wasn’t easy.

Going out on patrol in al Anbar, at the height of the Iraq War sure wasn’t easy.

And now, running for Senate, having Donald Trump and Kari Lake relentlessly attack me, personally — that hasn’t been easy either.

But growing up, I had my family.

Getting into school, I had a strong community and great teachers.

In Iraq, I had my brothers.

And in this campaign, I have you.

I couldn’t do this without you. You probably didn’t wake up this morning thinking you were going to make a donation to my campaign, but I really need you if we’re going to defeat Trump and Kari Lake and defend Arizona.
