Hey team,

We’ve now entered the home stretch of the campaign – only 37 days until Election Day – and the energy and momentum we’re feeling on the ground is incredible!!

Hitting this phase of the campaign is truly exhilarating (and also exhausting), so I wanted to share a few photos from events across the district to give you a sense of how things are feeling on the ground…. spoiler alert: if you scroll to the end, there’s even a photo of me with donkeys ;)

The next 37 days are make-or-break for us. Polling remains very tight, and making sure we hit all of our goals, from $$ raised to doors knocked, is imperative. I appreciate all you’ve done to get us to this point. Your encouragement, advice, and generous support have put us in a strong position to win.

We’re now in the last end-of-quarter deadline of the cycle and we still have some ground to make up before tomorrow to hit our end-of-quarter goal (which matters because we set that goal in relation to the funds we need to pay for our TV & digital ads, field offices, organizing team, etc).

Okay so that last one isn’t in the district… But being able to speak at the DNC this summer was an honor and genuinely really cool.

You know fundraising is my least favorite part of this job. I’d rather be solving problems for constituents, drafting and voting on legislation in Congress, and being in the community (not to mention seeing my family!).
