Dear John ,
Giving Tuesday is here – and so is your opportunity to support Wisconsin’s future!
We started Wake last fall to build community and power with a diverse group of young environmental leaders, because as young people, we see our future – and the future of our planet – hanging in the balance.
In just a few months, Wake has already brought together dozens of young leaders for panels, discussions, film viewings, game nights – and most recently, a video interview series where I chat with local conservation rock stars about their work to build more equitable and sustainable communities.
Will you help us fight for the future of Wisconsin – and the planet – with a Giving Tuesday gift to Wake? [[link removed]]
Climate change is already affecting communities across Wisconsin – and working class people and communities of color are being hit hardest.
From youth-led climate strikes around the globe to on-campus organizing in Wisconsin college towns like Menomonie, young people are leading the fight for a just transition away from fossil fuels.
Wake brings these young leaders together to connect and give us the skills we need to advocate for our future together.
Your support with a generous gift of whatever you can afford today helps us continue to bring together the next generation of conservation leaders who will fight to protect Wisconsin's environment: [[link removed]]
Our environmental future is filled with possibilities, and with your support, Wake will lead the way.
Thanks for all you do for conservation!
